Reservation Policy

All bookings are to be secured with a $500 deposit. This deposit is to be made no later than 48hours after booking.
Deposits can be made via Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) or direct debit into our Auckland ASB account:  HR Tatuava 12-3028-0596647-50

Balance payments are to be made either 7 days before your arrival  or by CASH on arrival.
Please note a 4% bank fee will be added to all credit card payments including your deposit payments. 

Cancellation Policy

7 days after booking - 100% Refund
30 days prior to arrival - 50% Refund
Within 30days before arrival - No Refund
Cancellations made after arrival - No Refund 

Flight Information

Flight details are required for all booking confirmations. IMPORTANT - Please provide all dates and times local to the Cook Islands to avoid confusion with arrival and departure dates and times.
If you are unsure, please check with your local information centres for the correct time zone differences for the Pacific Islands / Cook Islands.

Early In / Late Out

Early Check In - Rate of 1 day rental
Late Check Out - Rate of 1 day rental  

Airport Transfers

0 - 5yrs = Free Transfers
6 - 12yrs = $7.50pp (one way) $15.00 (return)
13yrs and Over = $15.00pp (one way) $30.00 (return)
We recommend that if this is your first time here with us to the Cook Islands that you utilize our transfer services to ensure you arrive to your room safely and without problems.
