Reservation Policy:

To confirm and secure your booking we require a NZ$500.00 deposit which can be made via Mastercard or Visa.You can either e-mail: helenura@shekinah.co.ck fax: (682) 26 005 or phone: (682) 26 004 your card details for processing.
The remaining balance for accommodation is to be paid a day after arrival, or on Monday morning if you're arriving over the weekend. We ask that all balance payments be made in CASH.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made one month or prior to arrival - 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 31 days of arrival - no refund.

Cancellations made during stay in any of our homes at any time - No Refund.

All unconfirmed bookings will be held for 48 hours. If we do not receive a deposit or notification, your booking will be released.

Flight Details:

Flight details are required once the booking has been confirmed. Please provide all dates and times local to the Cook Islands to ensure flights are met on time.

Check In:

Our check in time is 12:00 noon. Checking in before noon, you'll be charged an extra day.

Check Out:

Our check out time is 10:00am. Checking out later than 10:00am, you'll be charged an extra night

Airport Transfers:

We also provide return airport transfers for NZ$30.00 for adults and $15.00 for children under 12 years. Transfers for children 5 years or under are free.
The remaining balance for transfers are to be paid a day after arrival, or on Monday morning if you will be arriving over the weekend.

Rates:

Discounts are given after a 3 week stay on certain homes. For long term tenants (4-6 weeks +) please enquire via E-mail
